Check-In Rules

Check-in Time: Guests can check in from 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-ins may be accommodated based on availability, but please notify us in advance.

Check-Out Rules

Check-out Time: Check-out is at 12:00 PM. Late check-out may incur an additional fee and should be requested ahead of time. Identification: A valid ID or passport is required for check-in to verify your reservation.

Property’s cancellation policy

Standard Rate:

Cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 100% the room rate as cancellation fee.

Non Refundable Rate: (please choose 1 option)
For non refundable bookings, no cancellation or changes are possible. In case of a cancellation, 100% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
OR
As we are a small business, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our cancellation policy is:
14+ days prior to “Check-in” - no cancellation fees apply and a refund of the total amount shall be granted.
Within 14 days of arrival - 50% refund of the total amount shall be granted.
No shows and cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur 100% charge of the booking.
There may be additional applicable charges and taxes.
